What's the difference between a Meeteor user and meeting guest?
All meeting participants, including guests, receive meeting information by email—full agenda, calendar invite and full meeting summary. In addition, Meeteor users have full access to your organization’s account in Meeteor. They can log in to create meetings, view and contribute to meeting agendas and notes, manage tasks, create new and join existing workspaces, and more.
Can I use the Meeteor apps on my own, without a team?
Yes. Although Meeteor is more powerful when used by a whole team, it will help you create thoughtful agendas and crystallize meeting outcomes. Whether you are an individual consultant, freelancer or manager using Meeteor on your own, Meeteor can help make your meetings more productive.
What size organization is best for Meeteor apps?
If you have meetings, your organization is the right size. Meeteor is used by teams at organizations as small as 3 people and as large as a few thousand. We built Meeteor to work for teams and organizations of every size because meetings happen everywhere.
How much will I pay for more than 10 people?
Meeteor is priced as follows: 1-10 accounts = $25 per month 11-26 accounts = $65 per month 27-50 accounts = $125 per momth 51 or more accounts = contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What type of meetings I can host in the Meeteor app?
Meeteor is designed to help you plan all types of workday meetings, virtual or face-to-face:

Is my data safe on Meeteor?
Your connection and data on Meeteor is always encrypted and secured. Meeteor supports TLS 1.2, uses 128-bit AES encryption and the ECDHE_RSA key exchange mechanism. We continue to stay up-to-date on security industry standards and respond quickly to newly exposed vulnerabilities.
Who is this program designed for? Who should apply?
Ideal teams work in a mission-driven organization (social enterprise, not-for-profit, government, etc) where you bring passion and motivation to your work. Most of our teams come from organizations with budgets or revenue of $3+ million and typically have between 4-8 people per team. If this doesn’t sound like you, but you’re still interested, get in touch. We’re happy to discuss your situation and help you determine if Thriving Teams is a good fit.
Why do I need to apply? What is the selection criteria and process?
Space is limited and we want to be sure that all teams who participate are a good fit. We speak with every team that applies so the application gives us a chance to get to know you a bit before we chat. During our call, we’ll both have a chance to ask questions and address any specific needs you might have. Most applicants will be accepted if you demonstrate a readiness and adequate capacity to participate.
How will we work together?
We’re all about partnership where both parties are committed to success. Therefore, we promise to support you and your team, push you when needed and be flexible to accommodate unexpected situations, like illness or staffing changes. We expect that you will take this program seriously by completing assignments and preparing for coaching sessions. We promise not to overload you, but plan for each participant to spend 60 minutes per week dedicated to the program.
How much does this program cost?
Pricing for the Thriving Teams program is based on the size of your team. The larger the team, the more complex the dynamics, and the more time your coach will need to spend attending to each individual. Pricing is as follows: Teams of 5 or less = $749 per month. Each additional team member = $99 per month. Payments are made in monthly installments for the duration of the program.
How much time will this program take?
On average, each participant will spend 30 minutes learning, reflecting or collaborating on program activities each week. You’ll also have weekly sessions with your coach, sometimes as a team and sometimes individually. On average, expect to spend one hour each week on activities for the Thriving Teams program, with some weeks being slightly more and some being slightly less.
Do we have to commit to the full 12 months? Can we stop at any time?
We expect your team to commit to the full length of the program. We also know that life happens and you may need to reconsider your engagement with us. We’ll work with you to understand your needs and determine the optimal resolution in the case of an unexpected event.
Alternatively, we are able to pause the program for 1-2 weeks to accommodate vacation schedules, major full-organization events or other expected occasions.
What if I’m not ready to make the commitment?
We understand you might not be ready or need to generate buy-in from your colleagues before joining Thriving Teams. We recommend you try one of our workshops, webinars, or other stand-alone programs. Click hereto learn more.
